It’s all about you! Prior to starting we’ll arrange a free consultation with you to discuss your top 3 goals and objectives. Sessions to be structured around these objectives and focus on different body groups.


2-2-1

Friends that train together stay together! Prior to starting we’ll arrange a free consultation with you both to understand your combined goals and objectives. Sessions to be structured around these objectives, focussing on different body groups to give you your results in equal measure.

At Poise, 3 is definitely not a crowd. Prior to starting we’ll arrange a free consultation with you all to understand your combined goals and objectives. Sessions to be structured around these objectives, focussing on different body groups to give you your results in equal measure.

Stronger Together


Semi-Private Groups

A fun filled group of between 4-6 like-minded people who come together 3 times a week to smash their goals. Mostly circuit based, working on different body groups and with some cheeky finishers at the end. Blocks to be taken for the full month. Once you select your slot you cannot swap your days or times, so please make sure it works with your diary. *Please note, we need a minimum of 4 to run these classes.

Weekend Warrior

A Saturday taster class to be held throughout August. It has always been our dream to offer you a joint class, where you work with Emma for half the session and Ashley the other, giving you a flavour of our unique style together. You will need to sign up for the full month. We hope to make this a permanent fixture in the future, but in the current COVID-19 crisis, training such a large group comes with necessary safety measures so a taster class for 1 month will enable us to adhere to these measures and ensure your safety throughout.

Nutrition Plans


To accompany all session types, we can write bespoke nutrition plans as an add on to your Poise package to give you a holistic outlook on being the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.

Nutrition plans can be purchased separately even if you are not training with us but still want some support and advice on the nutritional side of things.

As part of the Poise venture, we want to bring you more nutritional information to help you get the most out of your Poise experience. We are so excited to announce that we will be running our first Nutrition session in August. This an exclusive nutritional 10, where we will invite you to our studio to discuss all things food, drink and supplements, giving you a chance to ask those burning questions you've always had!
